Swedish Massage: A traditional massage to release tension and ease aching muscles
Deep Tissue Massage: A firm pressure massage working more profound into the muscles and tissue
Aromatherapy Massage: An holistic massage for complete relaxation, using the highest quality essential oils blended to suit your needs.
Table Thai Stretch: Using gentle and stretching techniques to relax the whole body, performed over loose-fitting clothes.
Reflexology: An ancient and natural therapy working on the key pressure points of the feet to help relax, energise and restore the body’s natural balance. MS studies have found improvement of symptoms with reflexology.
Reiki: A healing energy to restore balance within the mind, body and spirit. Reiki practitioners are given ‘attunements’ which help them draw and channel healing energy. Reiki activates the body’s healing process.
Indian Head Massage: This massage is applied to your shoulders, neck, scalp and face, to relieve tension, headaches and eye strain.
Hopi Ear Candles: Following a pressure point facial massage, both ears will be exposed to ear candling to help ease congestion or irritation. The candling acts like a chimney and draws out congestion, and gives immediate relief and comfort.
Personalised Facial: I will analyse your skin and decide on a specific facial that will deliver the results you are looking for, whether you want to purify and balance the skin, help reduce excess oil and refine pores, rehydrate and nourish or prevent the signs of ageing.
Aromatherapy Wrap: An indulgent therapy tailored to your needs, the therapy will begin with a dry body brush followed by an application of blended essential oils; whilst wrapped in your chosen oil, you will receive a scalp and foot massage.
Skin Comforting Wrap: Nourish and hydrate the skin. This therapy will begin with a dry body brush, followed by an application of rich body butter. Whilst wrapped, you will receive a scalp and foot massage to ease tension. Your skin will be left nourished, hydrated and silky soft.
